TAI CHI & BAGUAZHANG KUNG FU

We teach weekly traditional Kung Fu classes focused on harmonizing mind, body and spirit. Our syllabus includes the Kung Fu systems of Tai Chi and Baguazhang. We use traditional techniques to help practitioners evolve physically and mentally. This class covers modern day practical use of traditional fighting techniques. The various routines and movements aid in strengthing of tissues, ligaments and muscles.
